Use a lacquer thinner.

Saturate a rag with lacquer thinner.

Wipe desired area.

Tips

  • Acetone may also work.

Warnings

  • Make sure smell has dissipated before use, as you don't want any flammable solvent to remain and come in contact with the heat the dryer will produce when you turn it on again.
